All counseling sessions, including individual and couples, are 50 minutes long and occur either at my office or via video counseling. As a licensed counselor I follow laws, rules, and ethics as determined by the Oregon Board of Licensed Counselors. This includes working only within my areas of competency. I will be happy to refer you to a different counselor if you are looking for counseling that concerns issues outside my competency area.
My fee is $120 per session, and payment is due the day of the session. Payment may be made with credit card, check, or cash. I also use Ivy Pay, which can streamline the payment process. I take insurance only as an out of network provider. Many insurance companies offer such benefits, usually making the process relatively uncomplicated and paying somewhere around half of the fee. I have information to support this process, but you will be the one billing your insurance. Please call your insurance about what they will cover. If you don’t have insurance, I have a few sliding scale slots available, ranging from $90-$100.

I am happy to see clients as much as or, with some caveats, as little as they need, but I do encourage weekly sessions for greatest benefit. You can find my policies regarding missed appointments, no shows, etc. on my Informed Consent form, which we will discuss and I’ll have you sign during our first session.
