I specialize in relationship and sex issues, including love, sex, and relationship addictions.
My work is depth-based, meaning I believe people change through a combination of mindfulness, awareness, and a commitment to growth.
I believe our relationships with other people provide valuable opportunities to become more authentically ourselves.
I believe each of us is exactly where we need to be in order to grow.
I am interested in all things relationship and sex, but I am also interested in how our culture teaches us nothing about intimacy.
Finally, I believe that we live in a culture that misleads and sets us all up for failure when it comes to sex and love; and I believe that this unfortunate failure can be addressed through thoughtful counseling.
And this counseling may be done either in person or through the use of technology (Phone / Skype / FaceTime) at a distance.
I am a counselor intern under the supervision of Bob Edelstein LMFT (license # T0015 Oregon).
